Refilling your prescription by using our application is also very simple. If you have already filled a prescription here at Bayview Pharmacy, you can proceed. If this is your first time filling your prescription with us, either visit the “Transfer” page to transfer your prescription to us, or “Contact Us” to start the simple process.

Once you have a prescription you want to refill, start by downloading our application on your phone by either the App Store or the Google Play store. Our application is called “Refill Assistant”. You can visit our web page on our Mobile App for more detailed info.

With the application downloaded, open it on your phone. You will be prompted to enter the ZIP code of the pharmacy. Enter “02886” then press search.

Bayview Pharmacy will then show up. Select Bayview Pharmacy.

After, you will create a PIN as a safety measure to ensure that you are the one using the app when requesting refills, etc. Enter a 4-digit PIN, then enter it again and press Next.

Following this, you will then input the information for either yourself, or your pet for the pharmacy to verify. Then press Next.

Then you will be prompted with a message saying “Ready to go!” Simply press “Got it!

After this, press the “Refill Prescriptions” button on the application. Input your 4-digit PIN, then input your prescription information for your refill request. Once this is done, click Submit Order and our technicians will ensure everything is correct. They will contact you to make sure you want your prescription refilled, process the refill, then either ship it to you or pick it up in the pharmacy.
